.crs file works with Cursor Changer tool. You can also use Control Panel to change cursors. More info: using-cursors

You used to be able to do it back in 2006 when this set was released. Vlasta made it no longer possible. So you used to be able to. But not anymore. icon-image/4632-16x16x32.png image
