I made a Larger version of this and the move horz vert diag ect, I replaced with some other ones that were cooler and better. search Windows aero diffrent large FULL. You have to find the FULL one. The not full one tells you why. ;-)

Those with animation are quite nice but the others are less than they could and should be.
Let me know if you change these and I will return to reevaluate and rate.
