uninstalling

realworld icon editor version 6.1.0

this programme though uninstalled,but,is still listed in control panel.uninstalling gives message that uninstall.exe file cannot be found.this version is not available on web.Pl. advise.

You have probably just deleted it instead of uninstalled it properly. You can either install it again to fix it and the uninstall it or there is a Microsoft PowerToy (probably in the TweakUI package) that allows removing items from the list of installed apps.
