Error Message at install

When I tried to install this program, I recived this error "The cabinet file'_982EB524............... requried for this installion is corrupt...

Is this common and what can I do?

No, there was probably an error during download. You can try to download it again. There are also zipped versions, but since I do not know which program you are trying to install, I cannot tell you their urls.
