You can upload a cursor by opening it in RealWorld Cursor Editor and clicking "Cursor"->"Add to Online Library" in main menu or toolbar.

There is a Cursor item in the main menu if a cursor (.cur or .ani) file is open.

You need to install RealWorld Cursor Editor, then you'll see the main menu.

First, you upload individual cursors from the editor with your email. Then you go to the main page of the library (being logged in) and click the link by the bottom of the page (the one stating: click here to create you own cursor set).
