Free License?

Bit confused

I'm a bit confused on the Special offers for the icon creator.

Before, I read that 40 icons were required to be added to the library for a free license, checking now, there's something about 1 or 2 icons...

I've submitted a couple, of professional quality, I don't know, but nothing's happened. I'd be great if I could get a bit of clarification on obtaining a license without paying.

(I must sound cheap by now but if nothing works I can pay. Do you guys accept debit cards? :P)

The 1-2 icons is a limited time offer, ending soon. Your icons are OK, send me (info@rw-designer.com) an email with your name and you'll get the license.
