Runescape player cursor icons

i can already make normal static and animated cursors but i have two questions:

1-how do i get rid of blur on animated cursors?
2-how do i make runescape player icons smaller so i can have the whole character?

P.S i use the rw designer cursor editer software.

1) Hard to say. It depends on why they are blurry.
2) You can open ordinary images in the editor and modify them before you turn them into cursors. The "Resample" and "Image Properties" commands in the "Image" menu should help.

First of all, I was the one that thought up of making character cursors, so yes he did copy my idea
