I made some. I made a whip, flail well all the barrow weps, some drag weps like d hally, and green blue red masks and purple partyhat. heres the link. http://tinyurl.com/ytux7j. comes with instructions on how to set them to work.

Get the editor and draw them pixel by pixel or use the PrintScreen key to capture screen to clipboard and extract the cursors from there.

I cannot say I understand you. Please read the instructions and follow them. There are multiple ways how to customize the cursor - using control panel or Change Cursor utility or you can even use the cursor editor for that task.

just go to google and search "runescape cursors". then when you click on one click save. then go to control panel in the start menu, an then click "mouse" then click "pointers" and finally click browse and look for the file you saved your cursor in. Trust me, it works... I have 17 runescape cursors!
