RuneScape cursors

RS players HELP ME!

I've seen some RuneScape cursor and i want to make one i have a image but its had stuff in the back ground how can i clear out the stuff in the back ground?

You can remove unwanted parts of the image using the Erase with: xxx tools. They will replace colored pixels with transparent ones.
