Can't use Icon!

Attributing to a program

Using an image I had I created an icon, saved it as a windows based icon with the .ico tag, but when I try to attribute it to a shortcut it says the file contains no icons.... but it IS an icon isn't it? Also, all of the premade icons have images next to them when I browse the library but mine does not!!

Have you used one of the commands that create icons from images? Just opening an image and save it with an .ico extension does not make it an icon. In case of problems, send the icon to info@rw-designer.com

i download rs cursors end he dont do it hey say search the page from the cursors or open it whit an progam that im have
