Open an image in RealWorld Cursor Editor and click "Create Static Cursor" or "Create Animated Cursor" in "Cursor" menu.

If it is an image format (.bmp, .jpg, .jpeg, .jpe, .jfif, .png, or .rri), click 'Create new,' then 'create cursor from image.' Find it on your hard drive and click 'open.'

If that doesn't work, open it in another program, copy the image, and paste it into RealWorld Cursor Editor.
