from the original Port Royale,
PC game developed by Ascaron
released in 2002 & 2003.

As I don't own this asset,
I have no say about licensing(duh).

I'm not 100% sure who made
the cursor specifically, but my 2¢ are on

This cursor,
an animated tutorial arrow
& the game's Windows icons
are the only things anyone could extract from the game,
as everything else is in the .aim,
the Ascaron Image proprietary format
known to the developers alone back in the day.
