Mother of All Demos Pointers Cursors

Recreation of the first pointer ever created, which can be seen in "Mother of All Demos". The original pointer however was vector-based instead of a bitmap.
I've also made variations for better visibility, the most accurate version is simply 'arrow.cur'.
