My RealWorld journey that led me up to now

Published by about 21 hours ago.

So I'm a moderator, who actively contributes to the website, by suggesting new ideas and moderating the site to deter any bad actors online. But I wanted to just do an overview of how I got here.

I was in middle school in October 2015, and wanted to make a custom cursor since I found this site. I found some Mario cursors to use during my peak hours in school, by using them on my student-issued laptop, which had Windows on it. I signed up, so that I can create cursors and icons in my free time. I didn't have internet access at my house, since my mom restricted it, so I had to do it at school. I ended up creating more and more cursors and icons, and expanding my brand, to the point where I became a notable figure on the RW Graphics community. Then disaster struck.

cdl was a contributor who had actively ran the TOTM contest, as well as Sirea who handled the prizes. Unfortunately, cdl was a bit aggressive when it comes to "plagarized material", or cursor sets made by someone else uploaded without permission. She started mass-spamming me with comments telling me to delete my cursor sets. Like, bro...

YOU CAN'T DELETE CURSOR SETS THAT EASILY AND IT TAKES TIME TO EARN BUTTONS TO DO SO DINGUS

She tends to argue with me a lot, and I think either some people told her to stop or she lost motivation, so I kept uploading new work.

I ended up being so active on this site I decided to become a contributor, then a moderator, so I can deter bad actors from the site. Then the site had to be reworked, and I lost motivation when I moved out.

ADHD got the best of me, then AI came along and ruined more of my motivation.

Unfortunately, I won't be making as many cursors as I did in the past, since art takes time and I do other things in my free time, such as archiving cartoons, drawing other forms of art, and trying to get back into playing games. I also can't work as a disabled person, with ADHD and autism, and have not been able to keep a job because of it, let alone trying to get one in the first place.

My legacy will still remain on this site, as well as my art, archives and my websites. 😊
