That depends on what have you changed. But re-installing it is probably fastest.
Re-installing doesn't work and when I open now the image doesn't appear.

Try uninstall first, or delete the modified file before reinstalling...

can i change the interface or no. it's the interface that has changed.

Hm, maybe the configuration was corrupted. Try running the "Manage RW Cursor Editor" command from Windows Start menu and click the Reset button.
