I cant get buttons anymore.

ok so it started when i created a review to get a button but it told me my shirt ran out of buttons then i got a reward(a shirt statue thing) then i created another review to earn a button, then i didnt get it it just said its easier to breathe without my shirt.if anyone has expirenced this or know the solution it would help me so much if anyone knew if i had to buy something, or do something. thank you😊
