I downloaded a custom cursor thing and I cant find how to actually set it up... I'm on my school computer so most things are blocked and I'm so annoyed brooooo

Suggesting that you're on windows (that's where the cursors are compatible), there's the option to change your cursor under Accessibility > Mouse pointer and touch > Customize pointer image in the windows 11 settings. Otherwise, those settings should be located within the Mouse settings in control panel (you might have to set your view to large or small icons to see it).
