online_icon_maker.php always black

I've used online_icon_maker.php for years, and has always worked great! The problem is, today, no matter what I do, the downloaded icon is all black. Did something change? 😞

Pixel colors change to other colors

I'm making 32x32 pixel icons. When I go and open it, the pixel colors change even on an icon I haven't edited in weeks. These are in animated GIF format- they're all in one file. Makes me feel like I did a bunch of work for nothing.

Add back the "cursor from application" feature in RWCursorEditor

I saw it disappear, and it's unfortunate, since other tools that do this job do so in a buggy way, especially with cursors from Microsoft Office dlls and exes; and this version of the tool in RWCursorEditor functions like a dream.

Long time no see people. Not sure where to put this so I will put it here for now. I have been using the new update and I really love it. I like how vectors have improved. It makes it easier to use with other programs. My only compliant is I like the old layer...
