Taken straight out of shell32.dll from my Windows 7 Professional using Resource Hacker. If you are inside File Explorer and click the little drop-down arrow next to the Views button on the top toolbar (the one that lets you slide between List, Details, Small Icons, Large Icons, and Extra Large Icons), Windows uses this exact asset right next to the options that toggle thumbnail previews on. It also shows up in legacy Windows media menus when setting folder template types to "Pictures."
