You may be able to save the image and alter it in RW Paint (or another graphic program) then save the file as .ico in RW Icon Editor (or another icon generating program).

Holy shit! This is the first time i have ever seen an interactive icon thing! Thank you so much!
Quite exceptional. Perhaps a few more rings would be nice. My current favorite has the image code: 'QIIBAIwBAA' . If you add more to this please send me a PM and I will reevaluate it.
