Garfield Edit Cursor Set

Based on the Garfield cursors from Microsoft Plus! 98, but I made the pointer a bit pointier, moved a few hotspots, and added a hand cursor based on an unused design found on the disk.

Detached Move Cursor Set

Move cursors with detached arrowheads, inspired by Windows 98. These mostly use the Windows 16-colour palette, but I also made an orange version as a nod to Joe’s Cursors.
