To download this go on control panel, go to printers and other hardware, then mouse. Then go to pointers, now click on each cursor individually depending on their name and the name of the cursor, then click browse then select the cursor. You should unzip the files and people below windows XP or people who have the classic control panel theme should just click on mouse...
Thanks for all the feedback, I have resigned from cursor making so don't expect more cursors... Thanks for all the downloads here. 700+? Wow. Check out my lightsaber edit. I just took the lightsaber set and then added a few things to one of the cursors.
If you want to know what I do I make videos about runescape on youtube. Just look me up my name is fillup0 on youtube. For those who want my RSN, it is fillup0 again. I am a newbie to cursor development, so it is good for me.

What effects can you apply? What effects can you apply in real world cursor editor?

Thank you Real World.

Thanks for this awesome site... This site is one of my favourite sites for graphics and stuff. It is one of the only places I can upload my cursor sets on. And easily with the best cursor editing program ever made.

Using A cursor I found on the internet, I decided it would be cool to add shadows and other things. I might do this in different colours too.

This is a set of static cursors that I made within 2 hours. This is my first set. I am petty proud of it. If you have any ways I can improve, please tell.

Cursor sets

A problem. Why should I have to install our program to upload my own cursor set? I found a perfectly good program for cursor makign and I don't want to install yours. Why can't I just uplaod the cursors individually?
OK Thanks.
I have made a set of runescape ones too. They should be uploaded soon.
I have seen some of your cursors. They are an awsome start. Nice job!
Nice showdowing and a proper use of gradients!
This is the most useful tool I have ever used...
