RW Thumbnails isn't working at all,
No option showed up in the Control Panel. Using Win10, I tried to install RW Thumbnails, and well, it did install, but I can't find anything for it in the Control Panel. Any idea what's up? I've seen people asking about this problem on Win8 too.Having issues with plugins
