Actually, this is a REALLLLYY good change

There have recently been several cases where people uploaded a completely new icon or cursor set just to add a few new items. While this was not really the intended workflow, it was understandable because modifying an existing set involved quite a few steps.
Previously, you had to first upload the new icons or cursors, then find your existing set, open its page, switch it into edit mode, and finally add the newly uploaded items to it.
This update simplifies the whole process a bit.
On portfolio pages, icon and cursor sets now have a new wrench icon that takes you directly to the set modification page (CTRL+F5 if it feels out of place). While modifying a set, there is now a new link under the section with icons/cursors leading straight to the upload form.
The upload page itself now includes an option to immediately add uploaded icons or cursors to a selected set. If you arrived there from a set modification page, the corresponding set will already be preselected (you will also see itesm of the set there and you can switch their roles or other attributes from one location). You can also start directly from the upload page and manually choose the set you want to add items to.
So it is now much easier to extend existing sets instead of creating duplicates of them. That said, it is still generally recommended to publish reasonably complete sets whenever possible, because people tend to respond better to them, and they usually receive better ratings and reviews. And also, because for many people, once they publish parts of the set and promise to do the rest later, it is easy to postpone that indefinitely...
Another small usability improvement is that standalone icons and cursors (those not assigned to any set) can now be deleted directly from their dedicated pages using a new delete button.
