looks like you already posted a fluent set. I don't get what do you mean by telling me to make? do you want me to remake the same design? i don't know whether it is legal to copy a design but it may be fine for personal use alone

just click the big download button with floppy symbol. now it may ask you where to save or maynot (default downloads folder). it will be saved as zip file. if you cant open zip file download each individually by clicking floppy icon in each cursor box. in windows 10 (not sure about other versions) go to personalisation-> themes -> mouse pointer. (pointer in mouse properties dialog box(search google term) for any version windows)
