Make it look like the screen is paper and the cusror is poking into it

ONLY FOR PEOPLE WHO ARE MUCH BETTER THAN ME AT MAKING GRAPHICS. If there is someone out there that actually knows how to do this, it would be super cool if you could take a tack and make the link select so that the tack pokes into the screen like it's paper. You decide what the other cursors do. Thanks so much to anyone who tries.
