Tokyo Debunker Custom Cursors

Hello! I know the TKDB Fandom is quite small right now but even so, a custom cursor of them would be so cute! I was looking for a Leo Kurosagi one in particular, does anyone know how to do it? Of course, I'll even pay for it's commission if I have to, I just love the silly little guy so much! Thank you!
