To use it, you need to add it into a folder that you make in the .cur and .ani files, drag the file over there, and open them one by one, then press Apply, if not, you should check youtube, or maybe your PC isn't compatable with these files.

its cool but i dont like the resize ones because they have the cursor with an indicator instead of just normal
