I downloaded it however, nothing happened the file was shown as saved but there was no way to make it my cursor. Really cool design but it's so sad that I couldn't use it.

thank you both! and anon, to apply the cursor you have to go to your windows device's mouse settings and edit from the additional mouse options tab there :-)

There's A lot of people complaining how this works lol So you search in window control panel then serach in the search bar mouse, click change how the mouse pointer looks. Then press browse for each one (labeled). locate the file where you downloaded it (usually downloads).get all done and that's it

Or if you have custom cursor just tap upload cursor and that's it
