But the small size is no problem. You just click on the icon and you will see all the sizes.

absterninja, I take it, you don't know that by uploading a set of 20 icons (related theme and style, and must be your own unique design) you can ask Vlasta for a free license.

Well, that set isn't done, but I found some image set in my Documets, and converted it to an icon set :-)
