i rate it a 10/10 the only way how to do it is download all of the hello kitty files then go to settings and go to the search bar then search mouse settings then click additional mouse options then go to pointers and cick witch ever mouse cursor you want to do it then click the brows botton then click the file thing on top then click downloads then choose witch ever you want then click open then click apliy and thats it. hope i hellepd you get your mouse cursor done.
