Hello from 2023 thanks to rw-designer I can freely customize my cursors good you can bring back the Windows Aero cursor as well definitely a cursor time capsule! I wish all cursors were forced to be installed in your computer as an option so the cursors can be registered. I noticed some cursors can be bound to your computer when you install simply put them in the cursors section or create a folder for them. Definitely will make Windows 10 look more futuristic than the sloppy mouse cursor Microsoft provides.
