Let it be known
This stuff comes from a game,
I actually did quite little.
Another day, another bland filler set!
Sometime in the 2020s,
a freshman developer
published his first game : King of the Bridge.
We play as a guy trying to cross a long bridge.
As we run through, a wild troll appears!
Pardon, a cultured troll, whom
instead of devouring us or whatever,
forbids us passage 'lest we best him at a game of chess...
his own, homebrew variation of chess
with a number of cursed rules, that is.
Graphics are quite plain.
Reconstruct the assets using videos, I thought,
it'll be a piece of cake, I thought...
well, ERRATA CORRIGE!

The game has TWO cursors : the arrow & the hand.
The rest? Well :
The X for unavailable/disallowed/no is actually a button,
the one used to minimize the rule-book;
Punctuation & i's come from the in-game font,
& were given a fitting border;
Mover & resizers are inspired by the
move-cursor-like bullet-point seen in the rule-book,
& they take the dots & hand into account;
I-beams & crosshair also take the two into account.
Their height was also chosen for consistency's sake...
but I forget the details. The empty space
in the middle of the crosshair? Functionalism!
I first tried solid version, but
the mid-section was in the way;
The handwriting cursor is actually
the normal arrow, but with the head's sides cut,
& stretched out to the same height of the hand ;
