They could use a little more work, and the hotspot is kind of weird with the busy and help. I do like the pencil handwriting tool :P

I like the style throughout these cursors, however there is no way to click with the help cursor, the link cursor hotspot could have been at the tip of the arrow, not the blue field, and there seems to be an error with the working in background (I say "appstart") cursor. still a pretty good set, though. ;-)
