I am going to make a cursor with the color and shape with the most votes

If you are looking for ideas for cursors to make, the page with requests is worth checking request-cursor. If you click on the Display all comments link there, you'll be taken to a very long page with past requests. While many entries are repetitive or worthless, there are some good ideas there as well.

I'm doing shapes at the moment, it's easier than waiting for somebody to give me a good idea.

I'm not good enough to make detailed cursors, but I can make 3D and animated ones anyway

Don't underestimate yourself. With a bit of practice anything is possible.
