PhotoResizeH800.exe "-cc:\flashdvd\resized\<PATH>flashdvd-<INDEX>.jpg" "c:\flashdvd\pictures"

Except you won't get the leading zeros. It will be flashdvd-1.jpg instead of flashdvd-001.jpg. And it will be place in the "resized" folder.
