Problem saving animation

I've made animations before and saved them as gifs but now it won't save as a gif, only animated png or rli. Neither of which actually remain animated when uploaded.

Could you send me the problematic file as .rli to info@rw-designer.com so that I can try it myself and eventually fix the error? Also, do you have the latest version?

It's not just the one file, it's every animation I try to make and save.
I have 2013.1, I'm pretty sure that's the latest version, right?

Well, you can try grabbing the absolutely latest codec from http://www.rw-designer.com/plugin/download32/13.1.9.1/RWCodecImageGIF.dll and replacing what you have and see if that helps.

You download it and replace the old RWCodecImageGIF.dll file on your computer in the folder, where it is installed.
