Well all i need to know is how to make cursors move i only know how to make .cur like cusors but saved as .ani so if some one can tell i can finally get a loading bar.

I assume, you are using RealWorld Cursor Editor. If so, then simply create an animated cursor at the start screen using the wizzard with the hourglass icon. Once you are editing an animated cursor, simply add new frames using for example the toolbar buttons.

You can also convert a .cur to .ani using a command from the cursor menu. (And then add new frames...)
