could you help me by walking me through the steps to creat an animated curser...please

Download the cursor editor, install it, create new empty animated cursor using the wizzard, add new frames using menu commands, modify frames and set hot spot using drawing tools in the raster editor window. Then save it.

download the program then goto create animated cursor draw on the 1st frame then add the next frame then draw the cursor a little different then keep doing that till your satisfied then save it!
