Animated cursors?

I'm trying to start making more cursors, but I'm doing this for the first time and I don't know how to animate them. Any tips for using the cursor editor?

you need to create frames so you press add new frame at the bottom left then you just..
create the frames then select your animation speed the lightning icon thensave and apply!
