Simply use resourcesextract from Nirsoft. It has a feature to extract cursors and icons from the DLL directly. Iconsextract from the same company is also a good tool, if you want to preview the cursors before extracting them.
Pen Windows
Hello. I want the Windows for Pen Computing cursors so much. I can't extract from PENWIN.DLL because I don't know how to use Python. The CMD method just copies the DLL instead of uncompressing. So, can you share the Pen Windows cursors? Thanks.
