great just great if i was an artist and i could get you a pro job as one you would probaly make 1000 cursors like these a day :-D

This is doubtful. I still believe you should work on your rendering size. The edges of your images are quite choppy and jagged. Many have defects in the images and you should remove these to improve the overall appearance.
