I dont own these icons, these were made by microsoft corporation, i descompressed these with icon extractor, and yes, i still have windows vista sp2, because the sp2 fixes the constantly crashes and unstability, that's why most of the icons are the same, so dont request to improve the design, credit goes to microsoft corporation

Thanks but these are icons, not cursors, icons are for changing the icon of folders or shortcuts, meanwhile cursors lets you change your mouse pointer appearance
