You have to download it and then go to your settings and klick in the search bar and search for "mouse" then klick on "Mouse pointer size" in the options you could choose. Then klick on "Customize cursor image" and then you just have to select the downloaded file for the co-responding action that you want to customize. If that isn't helping, i'm sorry i tried ; )
