So what if you use window 7 it works anyways when I use it, just go to the start menu find control panel then go small icons then choose mouse. After you choose mouse you choose the different cursors there and you replace them with the one's you download here. But you download sets in a zip file so you extract them to somewhere you know it will be then do the control ...
