To set the cursors, first download them. Search for mouse settings on your PC. Go to the "Pointers" tab. Select a cursor and click browse. Then simply locate the file you downloaded. Repeat for each cursor you would like to change. You can also click "Save as..." to save a set of cursors. To make cursors, instructions are available on this website under the "Help" tab...
