Yes, you can click the cursor and then the Edit link to use the online editor to change the hot spot without needing to re-upload the cursor.

As far as the cursors, yeah the hotspots are off, but the design is great!

By the way, if you make partially transparent cursors, mind that they tend to mix colour. The colour of the cursor and the background make a new colour (had this problem too ;-) )
