Nice set.
Black outlined in white, there are a few other color combinations that readily come to mind.
My favorite is the Busy, nicely done.

These are farmiliar... PartedMagic uses this cursor set! Wow!
I hate PartedMagic... It didn't fix my PC...
Anyway these cursors are really cool, but are not original obviously. Still, cool.

Turn off "Hide cursor when typing" in Mouse Properties; Control Panel. I don't have a Windows 8 to tell you the exact steps, but that's how you do it on Windows XP and Vista.
