I totally agree - RW Cursor Editor is the best I've seen so far. Period. But there's a problem with this cursor set, a huge problem - the default Windows cursors are also black and white, and they are much more attractive. People with white desktops - or any color, for that matter - want vibrant and attractive cursors. If your cursors had a more complex shape and a good color scheme, people will want them more (I am quite surprised that you have over 600 downloads).
