The dinosaur Link Select is supposed to look like this because Microsoft chose to design a custom Link Select cursor. This cannot be changed because it would ruin this cursor set, and possibly violate Microsoft's policy on Windows cursors. RetroGraphics (2020-09-01 14:50:56 / 4.5 stars):

There is nothing I can do about the dinosaur link. The set was made like this by Microsoft, so you will have to accept it, or use another cursor set. You may also be able to use a silver Link Select cursor to replace the dinosaur. Vlazteron (2020-10-20 22:29:08):
